He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Dalton; his parents, Harold Neumann and Luella Neumann; and his brother-in-law Jady Chipman (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Claudia Neumann; his children, Connie Nelson (Rick), Christine Jesse (Ron), Michael Neumann (Jennifer), Jody Van Dyke (Tony) and Scott Neumann (Jeanine Flores); his siblings, Gaylen Neumann (Sandi), Merle Neumann and Marlene Welander (Randy); and his brother-in-law Timothy Chipman (Becky). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
