He is survived by: his stepchildren, Travis Crouse (Missy) of Fort Dodge, IA, Jessie Crouse of Fort Dodge, IA, Trent Crouse (Amanda) of Manson, IA and Luke Groat (Dawn) of Fort Dodge, Iowa; his siblings, Deborah Hart (Marty) of Manson, IA, Deanne Eldridge (Bruce) of Manson, IA, Donna Stall (Dan) of Palmer, IA and David Jepsen (Kelly) of Pocahontas, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Hart-Morin, Dillon Hart, Jody Eldridge, Ryan Eldridge, Jenna Stork, Mason Stall, Logan Jepsen, Keegan Jepsen, Matthew Hofmeyer and Katelyn Hofmeyer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
