She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Birks and Eva Birks (Buthman); her brother Allen Birks; and her great grandchild Owen Waterbury-Lingle. She is survived by: her husband Darwin Haskins of Manning; her daughters, Karie Cole (Dixon) of Manning, Kris Waterbury (Jim) of Manning and Kelly Nissen of Manning; her grandchildren, Matt Cole (Susannah), Andrea Troutner (Jeff), Adam Waterbury (Liz), Alisa Waterbury-Lingle (Jess Lingle), Rhea Gipple (Trevor), Jessica Pauley (Ben) and Tanner Bald (Jeana Shepherd); her great grandchildren, James, Madelynn, Hannah Cole, Lincoln Cole, Grace, Nick Troutner, Arya Waterbury, Austin Waterbury-Lingle, Braxton, Parker, Josie, Harvey Gipple, Ava and Will Pauley; her siblings, Peggy Jo Ahrenholtz (Roger) of Manilla and Randy Birks (Rachel) of Irwin; and her sister-in-law Joann Birks of Manilla. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
