It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Wegner of Manning, Iowa, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Stuart and Mabel Anna Weems (Crouch); her husband George Wegner; her daughters, Katie Powell and Janice Johnson; her siblings, Eldis "Bud" Weems (Norma), Evelyn Borkowski (Jack), Opal Christensen (Dale) and LaRae Heller (Dick); and her brothers-in-law, Louis Hemminger, Carl Wegner (Florence) and Edwin Wegner (Lolida).
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Venteicher (James) of Manning; her son-in-law Russell Johnson of Adrian, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Brenda Murphy (George) of Merrill, Kenneth Venteicher of Newton, Joya Riesenberg (Brad) of Breda, Jamie Gruell (Todd) of Palmetto, Florida and Brian Johnson of Adrian, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Bryce Clark, Jeep Clark and Wylie Clark; and her sister Leona Hemminger of Elk Horn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that gifts be in the form of memorial donations to be directed to the family at M.C.S. or the United Methodist Church in Lois' honor.
