He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Case and Cecelia Case (Green); his daughter Jeanine Hinners; his brothers, Richard Case (Margaret) and Tom Case (Marie); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Case, Phyllis Grote (Richard), Kenneth Kimmen (Darlene) and Charles Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Case of Manning; his children, Linda Case of Keyport and Robert Case (Dolores) of Horizon City, Texas; his grandchildren, Brett Case (Carly), Khristina Case, Jamey Hinners and Nicole Slauter (Billy); his great grandchildren, Matilda Case, Destiny Case, Fallon Breeze Case, Gavin Slauter and Drake Slauter; his brother Frank Case of Carroll; and his parents-in-law, Ray, Ellen Kimmen of Hastings, Minnesota, Bonnie Jacobs of Harlan, Mike, Judy Kimmen of Defiance, Gail Kimmen of Isabella, Missouri and Lawrence Kimmen of Dunlap.
