He is survived by: his wife Kay Otto of Manning; his sons, Brad Otto (Karol) of Manning and Corey Otto (Amber) of Manning; his grandchildren, Kayla Dammann (Jerad Florian), Alex Dammann, Colton Otto (Tomi), Keaton Otto, Trent Neiheisel, Brooklyn Neiheisel, Chloe Otto, Abbagail Neiheisel, Presley Otto and Ryker Otto; his great grandchildren, Jadyn Weitl, Lane Florian, Beckett Gust and Casey Otto; his sister Joyce Vinke of Pisgah, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Genzen of Manning and Beverly Irlbeck of Manning. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
