He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Musfeldt and Lydia Musfeldt; his parent-in-law Otto Grundmeier; his siblings, Tom Musfeldt and Ruth Younie; his children-in-law, Nancy Musfeldt and Richard Tapscott; his wife Mary Ann Musfeldt; and also Mayme Grundmeier.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Dreessen (Gary) of Amarillo, TX, Steven Musfeldt of Storm Lake, Susan Musfeldt of Carroll, Dale Musfeldt (Vicki) of Westside and Barbara Tapscott of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Jason Dreessen (Shannon) of Colorado Springs, CO, Janel Edson Castle (Mark), Jennifer Youngwirth (Travis) of Milford, Matthew Musfeldt of Vail, Joel Dreessen (Stacy) of Parker, CO and Adam Musfeldt (Chrystal Boell) of Glidden; his brother Sam Musfeldt of Manning; and his siblings-in-law, LeeAnn Musfeldt of Manning and Donald Grundmeier of Westside. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
