She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Elsie Meta Meyer (Hass); her husband Harold L. Asmus of Audubon; her siblings, Florence Pluckhahn, Louise Kinnan and Arnold Meyer; and her sister-in-law Viola Ostebee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Baack (Stan) of Audubon and Mary Barkley (Bruce) of Blair, Nebraska; her granddaughter Jennifer Baack of Lincoln, Nebraska; her daughters, Renee Paulsen (T. J.) of Littleton, Colorado and Rachel Tonda (Spenser) of Norwalk, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Meagan, Anthony, Cassie Paulsen and Jordan Tonda; and her brother-in-law Robert Kinnan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
