He was predeceased by: his parents, George Peters and Milda Peters (Wegner); his wife Lois; his brothers-in-law, Larry Genzen and John Pratt; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Peters and Jonathan Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Mark, Julie (Jim Rabbitt), Jeffrey, Gregory, Mike (Callie Peters), Lynne Peters of Stagecoach, CO, Jeff Peters of Pagosa Springs, CO and Greg (Randy Peters); his grandchildren, Daniel Peters, Darcy Goodson (David), Michaela Quinlan (Josh), Michael Rabbitt (Stephanie), Timothy Rabbitt, Emily Lamb (Will), Meghan Rabbitt, Wesley Peters (Whitney), Nicholas Peters, Kristen Peters, Alison Peters and Nathan Peters; his great grandchildren, Ava Peters, Dorothy Goodson, Charlotte Goodson, Micah Quinlan, Julie Lamb and Harlyn Rabbitt; his siblings, David Peters (Dee) of Plano, TX and Cynthia Genzen of Manning; and his sister-in-law Joann Pratt of Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
