He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Ramsey and Edna Ramsey (Pfannkuch); his friend Tom Kohoutek; and his pet Troy. He is survived by: his brothers, Keith Pfannkuch (Marilyn) of Manning, John Ramsey Jr. (Lois) of Manning and Lynn Dean Ramsey (Kathy) of Templeton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
