He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Theis and Glayds Theis (Womiek); his brother Norbert Theis (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, William Goodale, Melvin Jensen, Larry Weber, Raymond, Johnny, Cletus, Bob, Artie Hemann, Herb Werner and Kate Hemann of Norraine Hemann; and his parent-in-law Joe.
He is survived by: his spouse Theresa Theis of Manly; his children, Thomas Theis (Mindy) of Houston, TX., Kenneth Theis (Ginger) of Valdosta, GA. and Charlotte Pannhoff (Joe) of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Jordan Renfo (Nathan) and Abigail Pannhoff; his great grandchild Jonathan; his sisters, Veronica Goodale, Mary Jensen and Margaret Weber; his sisters-in-law, Joan Hemann, Darlene Hemann and Angie Werner; his sister Mary Kenneth; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Hemann (Annie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
