She is survived by: her children, Jerry Holdsworth of Las Vegas, NV, Susan (Donald Ballantine) of Vail and Mark Holdsworth (Jan) of Manilla; her grandchildren, Adam Holdsworth, Kyle Holdsworth (Elen), Aaron Holdsworth, Kiley Blair (Cole), Ian Ballantine (Keli), Taylor Ballantine and Piper Ballantine; her great grandchildren, Liam Ballantine and Maximus Holdsworth; and her brother-in-law Larry Johnson of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
