He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Wolter (Monaghan); his children, Carl Wolter and Karen Proctor; and his stepchildren, Timothy Traver (Dana), Christine Buswell, Cindy Ghareaghadje (Hamid), Nancy Hyduke (Ned), Jeffery Traver and Hope Robbins. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
