It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert James Moroney of Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moroney and Catherine Moroney (Behan); his parents-in-law, Glenn and Geneva Brock; his sister Betty; his brother-in-law Buryl Hilton; his brother Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Moroney and Leo Dolan.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Moroney of Dubuque; his children, Matt Moroney (Linda) of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Molly Champeau (Joyce) of Anamosa, Suzy Good (Dana) of LeClaire, Sarah Garcia (Randy) of Bellevue, Joe Moroney (Becky) of Guthrie and Mike Moroney (Diana) of Dubuque; and his sister Anna Mae Dolan of Winthrop. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
