She was predeceased by: her mother Ann Thatcher; her grandparents, Minnie and William Alexander; her husband Henry Cassman; her sister Sue Dye Moran; her brothers-in-law, Wilbur Dye and Larry Moran; her siblings, Florence Miller (Arnold), Alma Jean Sims (Jack), John Alexander, Richard Alexander (Marge) and David Alexander (Shirley); and her son-in-law Charles Van Every.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Cassman (Bonnie) of Long Beach, Patricia Van Every of Phoenix, Arizonia and Brian Cassman (Judy) of Manchester. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the American Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231.
