It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip James Sperfslage of Manchester, Iowa, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sperfslage and Faye Sperfslage (Kauffman); his wife Dianne Eickstaedt (McGrane); his brother Steven Sperfslage; and his brother-in-law Ted Wall.
He is survived by: his daughter Cari Redondo (Ramon) of Marion; his stepchildren, Troy Eickstaedt (Tracey) of Tallahassee and Alicia Kimball (Shawn) of Indianola; his grandchildren, Haley (Mitch), Ray and Adeline; his great grandchildren, Kinnley, Kason, Eloise and Carter; and his siblings, Kaye Wall of Delhi, Mark Sperfslage (JoEllen) of Bettendorf and Paul Sperfslage (Ann) of Manchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to the Iowa City or Dubuque V.A. Medical Facilities.
