She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Milhan and Agnes Milhan (Bunston); her husband Gary Carnicle; and her siblings, Esther Shoger, Leona Arndt, Anna Mae Marvin, Ralph and Harold Milhan.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Carnicle (Beth) of Manchester, Brenda Sullivan (Pat) and Sue Carnicle of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Community Church (205 E Howard St, Manchester, IA 52057). A burial was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Edgewood City Cemetery (210th Ave, Edgewood, IA).
