She was predeceased by: her parents, Benton Nelson and Edaine Nelson (Allison); her husband Robert Adams; her parents-in-law, Mary Jo and Lloyd Adams; and her brother Robert Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Adams (Bridget) of North Liberty and Christopher Adams of Florida; her grandchildren, Mara and Dustin; her brother Richard Nelson (Judi) of Waterloo, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Pam Nelson of Minneapolis, Minnesota..
