She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Gibbs and Anna Gibbs (Klinkner); her husband Allan Boffeli; her sons, Michael, Patrick, Robert and Chris Boffeli; her grandson Matthew Gentz; and her siblings, Glen "Bud" Gibbs, William "Bill" Gibbs, Earl Gibbs, Charles Gibbs, Jean Hampton, Virginia Leslein, Margaret Hach and Carol Raithel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marianne Curran (Mike) of Dubuque and Joni Whaley of Elkader; her daughter-in-law Cindy Freiburger (Jim) of Delhi; and her sister Lucille Holtz. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
