He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hoffmann and Dorothy Hoffmann (Burlage); and his siblings, Louise Drees (Cyril), Joe Hoffmann and Bob Hoffmann (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hoffmann of Manchester; his children, Cheryl Andrews (Dave) of Franklin, Ronda Hoffmann of Iowa City, John Hoffmann (Lorie) of Manchester, Barb Harms (Jon) of Marion and Bev Long (Brent) of Robins; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Hoffmann. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (119 W Fayette St, Manchester, IA 52057). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery North Franklin (119 W Fayette St, Manchester, IA 52057).
