He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Miller; and his cousins, Mitch Otten and Virginia Heiserman. He is survived by: his mother Florence Miller (Pulver); his former wife Sue Groezinger; his sons, Clayton Miller (Sara) of Peosta, Calvin Miller (Sarah) of Rosehill and Jordan Miller (Rita) of Elizabeth, Illinois; and his sister Callie Nuehring. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
