She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Francios and Ida Francios (Mausser); her in-laws, Ruth Francois, Merwin Tibbott and Arthur Roling (Paula); her husband LaVerne Roling; her daughter Denise; her great grandchild Laina; her siblings, Ed Francois (Ruth), Leo Francois (Lois), Bill Francois and Mary Tibbott; her parents-in-law, Theodore and Frances Roling; and her in-laws, Don Fischer, Pat Francois and Dorothy Francois.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Diane Tigges of Madison Wisconsin, Duane Roling (Deb) of Dyersville, Dan Roling (Diane) of Cedar Rapids, Deb Hunt (Keith) of Earlville, Darlene Hass (Mark Anderson) of Van Horne and Doug Roling (Angie) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and her siblings, Bob Francois (Ann), Ray Francois, Irene Fischer, Helen Schaul (Lawrence), Tom Francois, Lori Prantner, Frank Francois (Patty) and Mike Francois (Patsy).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home (110 N West St, Earlville, IA 52041). A Mass will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Joseph's Catholic Church (303 Mary St, Earlville, IA 52041).
Dorothy's family would like to extend a special 'Thank you to the staff of the Good Neighbor Home and The Meadows for taking such wonderful care of her!In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dorothy's memory may be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Earlville and Beckman Catholic Schools, Dyersville.
