She is survived by: her husband Jeff Jacobson of Manchester; her daughters, Brittany Nelson (Chris) of Cedar Rapids and Bryanne Golden (Kyle) of Marion; her grandchildren, Nora, Ava Nelson, Fynn and Leo Golden; and her siblings, Tim Cannon of Osceola and Teri Winsor (Kevin) of Vinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
