She is survived by: her former spouse Francis "Frank" Starr; her children, James Starr (Tracy) of Monticello and Lori Nash (Jeff) of Matherville, Illinois; her stepson Bart Starr of Manchester; her sisters, Linda Berry (Doug) of Cedar Rapids and Sherry Shepard (Doug) of Cedar Rapids; and her sister-in-law Janet Willett of Marion. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
