We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 72, Carlotta Marie Harder of Manchester, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Eisher and Vera Eisher (Nelson); and her parents-in-law, William and Wilma Harder. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Harder of Manchester; her children, Terry Harder (Amy) of Holy Cross, Eric Harder (Laura) of Mingo and Michelle Cooper (Patrick) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Alexia, Spencer, Travis Harder, Jocelyn, Colton Harder, Emma, Shawn and Jackson Cooper; her siblings, Michael Eisher (Jodi) of Smyrna, Bonnie Vromen of Blanchard, Susan Phillips (Jim) of Tuttle and Raymond Werneburg (Sheila) of Blanchard, Oklahoma; her stepmother Eunice Eisher of Cedar Rapids; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Harder (Connie) of Manchester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Our Savior Lutheran Church or the Delaware County Pork Producers.
