She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm J. Klokkenga and Minnie Lavilla Klokkenga (Converse); her daughter Sue Ann Flexsenhar; and her siblings, Doris Klokkenga, Marjorie Donley, Velma Schmidgall, Harm J. Klokkenga Jr. and F. Paul Klokkenga.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Mundschenk (Michael) of East Dubuque, IL, Jan Bearbower of Vinton, IA, Alan Flexsenhar (Doris Koch), David Flexsenhar (Mary Beth Francois) of Winthrop, IA and Jerry Flexsenhar (Ann Koch) of Winthrop, IA; and her sister Joann Lundy (Roland) of Pekin, IL.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (400 1st St W, Independence, IA 50644). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
