She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Hoover and Hazel Hoover (Beals); her husband Darrell Frederickson; and her cousins, Clifford and Joann.
She is survived by: her children, Karl (Sherry Frederickson), Kim (Darrell Wilson) and Karen (Richard Latimer); her grandchildren, Jesse Frederickson (Lindsey), Molly (John Schneider), Nicole (Jason Ford) and Grace (Gavin Pawlovich); her great grandchildren, Aubrie, Avery Frederickson, Vincent and Tristan Ford; and her children, Clifford, JoAnn, Kenny and Elaine. She is also survived by Mother or Mama, to her 3 kids, however then you had us grandkids whom she adored, who called her Grandma Blue or Grandma.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Loess Hills Funeral and Cremation Center - Malvern (208 E 4th St, Malvern, IA 51551). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials: The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials be given in Phyllis memory to Malvern Rescue, St. Croix Hospice, or Harry Hammonds Post 520.
