He was predeceased by: his wife LaRiene Petrovich; his son Gary Petrovich; and his siblings, Alex, Michael, Donnie and Dolly.

He is survived by: his daughter Terri Agnew; his grandson Dustin Agnew; and his sisters, Mary Burkhart, Bess Irvive, Helen Kuhfahl, Evelyn Grossman and Dorothy Aken. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
