He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Jeffrey (Pam), Lake Ozark, Gregory (Chris) of Omaha and David (Leziel) of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his stepmother Betty Hall (Jake) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his sisters, Dixie Hall of Omaha, NE and Lori Clapper (Troy) of Council Bluffs, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Fisher (Bob) of Glenwood and Vivian Perkins of Portage, Ohio. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives.
