He is survived by: his wife Mary Susan Blezek; his children, Suzanne Mages (Randy) and James Woolsey (Mindy); his siblings, James William Woolsey (Linda) and Norma Adams; and his former wife Mary Woolsey. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
