He is survived by: his wife Donna Fay of Malvern; his children, Sandra Hartley (Daryl) of Lincoln, NE and Keith Fay (Kerem) of El Paso, TX; his grandchildren, Jacob Carley (Cassie) of Colorado, Sarah Hartley of Dallas, TX, Jennifer Madden (Robert) of Las Vegas, Mitchell Fay (Katie) of El Paso, TX and Krystal Murphy (Adam) of El Paso, TX; his sister Betty Gustke (Gerald "Jerry") of Red Granite, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Lucille Fay of White Water, WI, Margaret Fay of Hayward, WI and Maevon Fay of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
