He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Ernest Spiker; and his brothers, Don Spiker and Burdette Spiker. He is survived by: his children, Steve, Michael Spiker (Neome), Tom Spiker of Armstrong, IA and Trescha McGlade (John) of Glenwood, IA; his daughter-in-law Sherry Spiker of Armstrong; his sister Betty Davey of Valley Center, CA; his nephew Brian Griffin; and his close friend Dean Wall of Stuart, IA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
