He is survived by : his wife Joan of Mallard, IA; his children, Tony Akridge (Tami) of Albia, IA, Trinity Akridge (Andy Soenen) of Emmetsburg, Tracey Duus (Kevin) of Graettinger and Tim Akridge of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Marcus, Kailey, Taylor, Treyton, Alexis, Jackson, Taryn, Alana, Linkin and Atyliese; his great grandchild Chip; his pet Harley; his siblings, Betty Knight (Jerry), Sharon Leuer (Frank), Roger Akridge (Sandy), Mary Carritt (Ray), Larry Akridge (Janet), Debbie Cross (Reg), Mike, Belinda and Ron; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Russell (Ellie), Tom Russell (Boua), Mary Holloway (John), Jean Green (Dan), Marilyn Akridge and Anne Russell.
