She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Kendig and Mildred Kendig (Spooner); her husband Richard Dyer; and her sister Vera Cory (Dale). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Steig (Bill) of Madrid and Steve Dyer (Jean) of Madrid; and her grandchildren, Darcy of Madrid, Eric Steig of Madrid, Joe of Madrid and Lily Dyer of Madrid. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
