We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2018, at the age of 56, Richard Carlsen (Madrid, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lowell; and his brother Mike Carlsen. He is survived by: his mother Carol; and his brother Randy. He is also survived by two nieces; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rick's name at the Slater United Methodist Church.
