He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Mabel; his wife Dolores Kliegl (Schonberger); and his former wife Virginia Kliegl (Buck). He is survived by: his children, Dick Kliegl, Bill Kliegl (Judy), Ron Kliegl (Mary Ann), Dean Kliegl (Sharon) and Kathy Houser (Dan); and his stepdaughters, Linda Turner (Robert), Judi McCord (George) and Wendy Schroeder (Paul). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In Owen's honor, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
