We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2022, at the age of 75, Judy A. Frideres of Madrid, Iowa, born in Pocahontas, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Thoma and Lois Thoma (Borman) of Clare, Iowa; her siblings, Nancy, Oswald, Jerome and Gerald; and her grandsons, Nathaniel Seymour and Max Druhl.
She is survived by: her friends, Confidant, Writer, Volunteer, Catechist, Cat Lady, Gardener Genealogist, Artist and Matriarch; her husband Dwight Frideres; her brother David Thoma; her children, Matt (Tantha Frideres), Rachael (Kenneth Seymour), Mark (Meg Frideres), Bridget (Brent Bott) and Charissa (Adam Flege); her grandchildren, Jenna Frideres, Kasi Frideres, Traelyn Druhl, Keagan Frideres, Kiernan Frideres, Joshua Seymour (Leah), Joseph Seymour, Aaron Seymour, Isaiah Seymour, Anna Seymour, Elliot Frideres, Nicholas Frideres, Lillian Frideres, Carlina Bott, Everett Bott, Augustus Bott, Jeriah Flege, Monkan Flege and Rebekah Flege; and her great grandchildren, Rylie Miller, Finnian Terry and Rowan Terry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can made to Iowa SIDS Foundation, Boone County Habitat for Humanity, Autism Society of Iowa, or St. Malachy Religious Education.
