She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jones and Helen Jones (Thompson); and her son Martin McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Dean of Madrid; her children, Matt McCoy of Ramona, California and Melody Smith (Allan) of Pleasant Hill; her daughter-in-law Kay McCoy of Ogden; her grandchildren, Rebecca McCoy of Louisiana, Danielle Ingram (Gary) of Omaha, Amanda Smith of Des Moines and Shane Manship of Waukee; and her great grandchildren, Jerrica Smith, Garrette Boone Jr. and Maurice Boone.
Juanita is survived by her husband, Dean of Madrid; a son Matt McCoy of Ramona, California; a daughter, Melody (Allan) Smith of Pleasant Hill; a daughter-in-law Kay McCoy of Ogden; four grandchildren, Rebecca McCoy of Louisiana, Danielle (Gary) Ingram of Omaha, Nebraska, Amanda Smith of Des Moines, and Shane Manship of Waukee; three great grandchildren, Jerrica Smith, Garrette Boone Jr., and Maurice Boone; her dog, Joe In lieu of flowers and in memory of Juanita, memorials may be directed to the family.
