She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Sieck and Ruth Hoffman (Lennie); her husband Jerry Hornsby; her son Gerald Hornsby; her grandson Alex Moran; and her brother Richard Sieck.
She is survived by: her children, Charmalee White (Russell) of Perry, Christine Moran of Madrid and Joe Olvera (Juana) of Madrid; her daughter-in-law Keisha Hornsby of Grand Junction; and her grandchildren, Kayla Brown (Brandon) of Las Vegas, Travis White (Jess) of Albuquerque, Tyler White of Perry, Katarina Goodrich (Clayton) of Montana, Larissa Hornsby of Jefferson and Conner Hornsby of Jefferson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
