He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jodene Allen; his father Jack Allen Sr.; his children, Ashley Allen (David) and Scott Allen (Katie); his grandsons, Dawson and Kayden Allen; and his siblings, Delbert Allen (Kim), Eugene Allen, Kevin Allen (Avonna) and Jolene Sigler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to his son Scott Allen in memory of Jack.
