He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew John and Mary Margaret Bell (Schmidt); and his siblings, Raymond Bell, Donald Bell and Grave Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lea Thomas; his children, Connie Uhrhammer of Madrid, IA and Greg of Newton, IA; his grandchildren, Lisa Tjernagel (Uhrhammer) of Story City, IA, Jeffrey Uhrhammer of Madrid, Andrew Bell of Newton, IA and Priya Bell; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Tjernagel and Madison Tjernagel of Story City.
Memorials may be directed to the Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny.
