It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Ensley in Madrid, Iowa, born in Polk City, Iowa, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ware and Hazel Ware; her husband Alfred Ensley; and her sister Mildred Swain. She is survived by: her children, Alan Ensley and Paula Ensley; and her great grandchild Cameron.

Memorial contributions can be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Shriners Children's Hospital in loving memory of Donna Ensley.
