He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Thornwall and Pearl Thornwall (Sydnes); and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (Dave), Ellen and Nancy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Don), Laurel and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Gwen, Seth and Eli; and his siblings, Betty and Paul.
In leu of flowers, if you wish to honor Don with a memorial donation, please consider The Slater United Methodist Church, The Slater Public Library or The Slater Cemetery for the purpose of planting trees (Dad loved his trees).
