It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Kay Anderson of Madrid, Iowa, born in Story City, Iowa, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Erma Armburg; her brother Ronald Wierson; and her husband Duane Anderson. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Mahlendorf (Brian) and Marsha Holub (Don); her siblings, Mary Dyar (Bob), Diane Nichols (Kenny) and Ray Wierson (Jan); and her stepchildren, Kelli Ryan (Joe Free), Rick Ryan and Theresa Robertson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
