With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Pilling of Macedonia, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Daisy Mae Pilling (Moore); his wife Susie Pilling; his father Paul Pilling; and his siblings-in-law, John, Gladys Eckert and Dennis Peterson.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Nick Allen; his daughters, Leslie Pilling (Kirk Eckert) of Fallbrook, CA and Lisa Allen (Nick) of Macedonia; his grandchildren, Jackson Paul Allen, Lillian Lynn Eckert and Daizy Sue Allen; and his sisters, Paula Peterson of Davenport, IA and Marcia Pilling of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many extended relatives; and a host of special friends.
