He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Odell and Geraldine Van Sant Martin; his stepfather Delbert Allison; and his wife Barbara Martin. He is survived by: his children, Ryan S. Martin (Deborah) of Prairie City, Daniel K. Martin of Knoxville and Jennifer M. Cross of Baxter; his grandchildren, Addyson Covington, Riley Martin, Eldon Martin and Braedyn Martin; and his brothers, Jay D. Martin of Cedar Rapids, Lyle R. Martin (Barb) of Lynnville and Eric D. Martin of Tracey.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Legion Post 355 in Kellogg.
