He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lewis and Margaret Lewis (Renaud); his wife Mattie Lewis; his son Gordon Lewis; his grandson Devon Lewis; and his brothers, Bruce and Russ Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Jean Lewis (Greg Blom) of Lynnville; his granddaughters, Crystal Stein (Darren) of Garrison and Trisha Quinn (Tim) of O'Fallon, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Parker, Landen Stein, Connor and Delaney Quinn; and his sisters-in-law, Barb Lewis of Kansas City and Kay Lewis of Searsboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
