He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cress and Margaret Cress (Tharp); and his niece Tisha Smith. He is survived by: his wife Caryol Cress of Luzerne; his children, Scott Cress (Dorothy Cross) of Belle Plaine and Lori Yardley of Atkins, Iowa; and his sister Judy Mumm (Larry) of Shellsburg, Iowa.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
