We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 96, Lillian I. Berns of Luxemburg, Iowa, born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Titlbach and Edith Titlbach (White); her husband Decellis Berns; her siblings, John Titlbach, Ernie Titlbach, Lucille Benhart and Joe Titlbach; and her in-laws, Mary Titlbach, Luella Titlbach, Cordelia Titlbach, Les Benhart and Lois Titlbach.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Lee Heisler (Ambrose) and Albert Berns; her grandchildren, Jessica Rhodes and Adam Rhodes; and her great grandchild Callan Rhodes.
