She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Ethel Smith (Page); her husband Paul L. Goldsworth of Boone; and her siblings, Anene O'Neil, Gearldean Woollard, Eldon and Everett Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Mayers, Kathleen Mickelson (Rick), Danny Goldsworth (Paula) and Tim Goldsworth; her grandchildren, Mark Saikkonen (Ashley), Brenda Briggs (Matt), Justin Mickelson (Abby), Jenny Warrick (Cody) and Sarah Eastlund (Charlie); and her great grandchildren, Ada, Samuel Briggs, Jackson, Brody, Grace Warrick, Thomas, William, Elin, Johnathon Eastlund and Maddie Rosol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a cousin; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be given to the Central Christian Church, 803 Greene Street, Boone, Iowa 50036.
